For a few weeks now I have been working on making music and trying to make "those funky fresh beats" and some of the stuff I've made actually turned out good. It is all instrumental and doesn't have any lyrics. I am hoping that if some of it has the right tone/mood to match SKEER, I can use my music in the game. I am also trying out some new ideas in 3DS Max and so far things aren't going so hot but at least the music is turning out decent! Until next time. This week, I've been working on finishing the game sounds I've been working on this week. I have almost finished them and I only have a little more cleaning left to do on the actual audio. I plan to have the sounds done by the end of Monday so that I can get back to game art and then start sizing the images so that they can go in unity.
This week, I was absent on Tuesday and Wednesday due to the removal of my wisdom teeth. On Monday, I started to work on the sound effects of Skeer and I've started to clean up the sounds themselves. I've also been working with my partner to make the assets look good and it's coming along very nicely. Unfortunately for me, I've missed two days of work during a four day week so I'll just have to hammer out some sound work this weekend!
This week, I did a lot of work to try to make the game assets look good together before they are put in Unity. I also went through and tried to get the enemy design done so that all the only thing left to do is the animation for it. I have also gone through and make some changes to assets to make them look better together and so far things are going pretty well.
