This week, I finished what I hope is the last of the assets for now. I made a new tile set based on some older assets that were made for SKEER.

This week, I have been on the grind for assets. I made a lot of weapon textures and I am starting a new tile set. After I finish this set, I should be done with the assets of SKEER for right now. I am hoping that I am able to start helping Manny code soon!
Recently I have been struggling to create assets/think of things for SKEER. I have been in kind of a rut, in terms of creativity, and I honestly can't wait for spring break to happen so I can get some time off and get some time to work on SKEER with Manny. SKEER is a project I really enjoy and I am really grateful that I was permitted to work on this project with one of my best friends. I hope to get SKEER done sooner than the deadline in May but that is over a month away so I am not worried. The last two weeks have been rough. I have been dealing with a ton of work and sports are draining me of my energy. My partner is going through some rough life issues as well. The end of the third quarter is coming up very soon and SKEER is coming along nicely, which is nice. The game is going to turn out well if things keep progressing as they are. Life is making the game progress slow down though and my partner and I have been doing our best to put SKEER before our issues. All in all, the game is going good, we are almost at a point where everything is close to done. This week, I haven't been able to do anything really. There have been 3 shorter days this week and I wasn't allowed to come to school Tuesday. I haven't gotten much done but I was able to make a health bar for the character and fix up the UI assets that I previously made.
This week, I managed to get a lot done in terms of UI. I finihsed the standard button template and the boarder that will sit around the edge of the paused screen.
This week, I was able to get all of the assets I have done so far shared with my partner and I was also able to get a lot of assets fixed/made. We were able to get everything put into Unity and everything is starting to become functional.
